Episode 43 – Goose Juice and Skirl Squirter

Hey there Crassholes, and welcome to another episode of the CRASSical music podcast aDwP hosted by Brooke Day and Emma Price. BROOKE CUT THE TIP OF HIS FINGER OFF! So no VIOLIN(!) playing for him for a while. WARNING – The story is not for the faint hearted!! The pair catch up on other business, including Star Wars and the snow in London, before picking another poor instrument to rip to shreds in NICKNAME THAT INSTRUMENT. Then it is straight on to their regular RECOMMENDATIONS segment; and this week, thanks to a listener’s suggestion, Emma dives into Stravinsky’s Symphony of Psalms, while Brooke examines Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci.
Hope you like! If you do…why not rate and review on iTunes?! Thanks to James Cook for Venus di Milo from Anti Love Songs for our theme music. And of course the Dobster.
If you’d like to hear a piece of music featured on the show, or just to say hi to the duo, why not get in touch?
